Error "No domain controller records deemed available to determine site (errorCode=100001)" while connecting LDAP AD GSSAPI bind

Beskrivelse

When doing "tsm settings import -f gssapi.json" to bind with LDAP AD with GSSAPI bind it was giving error and bind was not successful.

ERROR com.tableausoftware.ldap.ADLdapConnectionManager - Initial dynamic bind using domain controller subnet failed, will attempt generic ldap dns lookup to find a ldap server
com.tableausoftware.domain.ldap.LdapSearchException: No domain controller records deemed available to determine site (errorCode=100001)

Cause

LDAP hostname was not set in the configuration. 
Løsning
Execute the below command and try again to bind:
  • tsm configuration set -k wgserver.domain.ldap.hostname -v <dns name (ex:abc.domain.local)>
  • tsm pending-changes apply --ignore-prompt
