Description

The Prep Flow intermittently fails with the error:

System error: TableauException: Service Unavailable. Check to make sure the service is running.

 

Résolution

Option 1

Split up the flow into multiple smaller flows and use the outputs as inputs for a final flow.   Utilize linked tasks to run the final flow after the initial flows have completed. See Schedule linked tasks for more information.

Option 2

Review the other workarounds mentioned in the KB about memory limits:
