Password Field Displays for SAML Users Preventing Login to Tableau Cloud

Description

When trying to login to Tableau Cloud, SAML users may see the password field rather than being redirected to their Identity Provider.

Cause

This issue was being investigated under Tableau Cloud Known Issue ID 1465152. Solution has been deployed in 2024.2

Résolution
To workaround the issue, remove and re-add the impacted user on the Tableau Cloud site.
