Cause 1
According to the IBM website, the timeout settings of firewall and DB2 CLI may have caused this issue.
Cause 2
If multiple drivers are installed, they may conflict with each other and the connection may fail.
Work with your IT department to check the timeout settings of DB2 CLI and the firewall following the steps described in this IBM website.
If multiple drivers (including IBM Data Server Driver Package, such as IBM Data Server Runtime Client) are installed for connection to IBM DB2, remove them and only install the driver listed on Tableau driver download site.
