Scroll Bars Missing on a Mac

When you open Tableau workbooks in a browser on a Mac, scroll bars may not appear as expected. 

Cause

OS settings prevented the scroll bars from displaying.
Ratkaisu
Change your OS setting to always show scroll bars. 
  1. On the Apple menu, select System Preferences > General 
  2. Under Show scroll bars, select Always.
  3. Refresh the page containing the Tableau view.
