Error "Internet Communication Error: SSL Connect Error (<ServerName>)" Publishing Workbook to Tableau Server

Описание
When publishing a workbook to Tableau Server, the following error occurs:
Unexpected Error
Unable to connect to the Tableau Server. Check name and port and try again
Internet Communication Error: SSL Connect Error (<ServerName>)


 

Cause

Tableau Desktop is unable to authenticate due to the missing certificate. 
Решение

Option 1: 

Install the Root Certificate on the computer running Tableau Desktop. 

Option 2:

Include an Intermediate SSL Certificate in the SSL configuration tab for Tableau Server.
