SAML을 사용하여 로그인하는 중에 간헐적으로 "Unable to Sign In" 및 "Invalid Username or Password" 오류 발생

상세 설명
이전에 인증이 성공한 경우에도 사용자가 Tableau Server에 로그인할 때 간헐적으로 다음 오류가 발생합니다.
  • Unable to sign in.(로그인할 수 없습니다.) 
  • Invalid username or password.(사용자 이름 또는 비밀번호가 잘못되었습니다.) 
또한 VizPortal 로그에서 다음을 찾을 수 있습니다.
com.tableausoftware.api.webclient.remoting.AuthenticatedUserParameterProvider - WebClient: called API method has parameter of IAuthenticatedUser type, but when called there was no logged in user. Responding with 'InvalidSessionException'(com.tableausoftware.api.webclient.remoting.AuthenticatedUserParameterProvider - WebClient: 호출된 API 메서드에 IAuthenticatedUser 유형의 매개 변수가 있지만 호출될 때 로그인한 사용자가 없었습니다. 'InvalidSessionException'으로 응답합니다.)

Cause

IdP의 인증 세션은 여전히 유효하지만 Tableau Server의 세션은 만료되었습니다.
솔루션
SAML IdP의 최대 세션 수명 설정이 Tableau Server의 wgserver.saml.maxauthenticationage 설정과 일치하는지 확인합니다. Tableau Server의 기본 설정은 7200초 또는 2시간입니다.
