Postgres 抽出を更新するときのエラー "Connection timed out. Is the server running ... and accepting TCP/IP connections"

Tableau Cloud で Postgres 抽出が更新に失敗し、次のエラーが返されます。
Connection timed out
Is the server running on "server name" (ip address) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port xxxx?
Unable to connect to the server "server name". Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested database. (接続がタイムアウトしました。サーバーが "server name" (ip address) で実行されていて、ポート xxxx で TCP/IP 接続を受け入れていますか? サーバー "server name" に接続できません。サーバーが実行されており、要求したデータベースに対してアクセス権限を持っていることを確認してください。)

さらに、Tableau Desktop で Postgres データ ソースに接続しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。
Canceling statement/ terminating connection due to conflict with recovery.
User query might have needed to see row versions that must be removed.
