Postgres 추출을 새로 고치는 동안 "Connection timed out. Is the server running ... and accepting TCP/IP connections" 오류 발생

Postgres 추출이 Tableau Cloud에서 새로 고침에 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.
Connection timed out(연결 시간 초과)
Is the server running on "server name" (ip address) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port xxxx?(서버가 "서버 이름"(ip 주소)에서 실행되고 있고 포트 xxxx에서 TCP/IP 연결을 수락합니까?)
Unable to connect to the server "server name". Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested database(서버에 연결할 수 없습니다. 서버가 실행 중이며 요청된 데이터베이스에 액세스할 수 있는 권한이 있는지 확인하십시오.)

또한 Tableau Desktop에서 Postgres 데이터 원본에 연결하려고 하면 다음 오류가 발생합니다.
