Description

Flow runs with a non-published Box data source used in an input step intermittently fail with the error below:

ERROR com.tableau.loom.nativeapi.grpc.NativeLoomApiGrpcImpl - ('sess':'<SessionID>') SelectIntoAsync: Exception in WaitForAsyncRun: 
com.tableau.loom.nativeapi.exceptions.MinervaRuntimeException: Failure loading Data Source: 
One or more connections in this data source need attention:
: Authentication failed.
 

Cause

This issue is under investigation with Tableau Cloud Known Issue ID W-12917470.

Résolution
In order to avoid the intermittent flow run failures, please use a published Box data sources (live or extracted) as input steps of the flows affected.

On rare occasions, the flow will fail again even after the adjustment to use a published data source. Please attempt to run the flow again.
