When Opening Views Only The TimesCSMp And Unknown ID Are Intermittently Displayed

Unable to display Vizs. When opening views, only the timestamp, and unknown ID are intermittently displayed. 
Refreshing the screen/viz on the web browser may resolve the issue temporarily.
This issue occurs indeterminately in a multi-node environment with two repository instances (active and passive).

Cause

This issue may be related to the poor performance of the computer running the active repository.

Workaround
Use the tsm topology failover-repository command to perform a repository Failover.
Configure a preferred active repository active node if you want Tableau Server to select a specific node upon startup.

  • The ID is a unique request ID from the Gateway logs. Look for the requested ID in vizqlserver log, you may find the error "org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: cannot execute UPDATE in a read-only transaction" like follows:
