Could Not Publish Tableau Prep Flow Using the Command Line After Enabling MFA in Tableau Cloud

Description
After enabling MFA in Tableau Cloud user is not able to publish flows using the command line with a credentials JSON file and the following error message appears:
 
"Updated the connections with supplied credentials.
Established input connections with remote data sources.
No server connections detected in input connections.
Starting to establish a server connection for publishing extract.
No server connections detected in input connections."

Cause

The Tableau Prep Command Line Interface (CLI) does not support Tableau with MFA. 
Résolution

Workaround: Purchase the Data Management Add-On and publish the flow to configure a refresh schedule on Tableau Cloud. You may then also use the REST API Run Flow Now command to run flows. See About Data Management, and Flow Methods for more information.
