Cannot Start Tableau Server After Running "tsm authentication sitesaml enable"

After running the following TSM command to enable Site SAML, Tableau Server cannot Start.

• tsm authentication sitesaml enable
• tsm pending-changes apply
   

The following exception errors are logged in the log of the SAML service process (samlservice_0):

• com.tableausoftware.sitesaml.core.util.CryptoUtils$CryptoException: Error unmarshalling certificate
• java.lang.ClassCastException: class org.bouncycastle.asn1.pkcs.PrivateKeyInfo cannot be cast to class org.bouncycastle.openssl.PEMKeyPair
