When running the "tsm sites export" command, an error is received:

SiteImportExportException org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not extract ResultSet

Cause

This was a known issue that has been fixed.

Upgrade to the Tableau Server versions shown below or newer:

  • 2022.3 
  • 2022.1.4

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: insert or update on table "workbook_extension_connections" violates foreign key constraint "workbook_fk"
  Detail: Key (workbook_id)=(###) is not present in table "workbooks".
