Description

On touch-enabled laptops, a published Viz may not respond to clicks and scrolls in some browsers.
 

Cause

At this time, Tableau does not support touch controls on touchscreen laptops.

On high-resolution touch-enabled laptops, Viz will not automatically use the mobile view.
Résolution

Workaround:

Try the touch-optimized view mode. Add "?:mobile=yes" to the end of the URL as shown in the following example, and access it again.
https://<hostname>/#/views/Superstore/Overview?:mobile=yes

Please vote on the Salesforce Idea to support inclusion of this enhancement in a future product release - Touch support for tableau server.
