Search Filter Dropdown Not Showing All Results After Published to Tableau Cloud

Description
When entering a search value into a filter drop-down list in a dashboard, all filter values are not appearing for the filter.

Cause

The All Values in Database option is not selected for the filter.
Résolution

Hover over the filter, select the burger icon, and select All Values in Database as opposed to the Only Relevant Values option.

In some circumstances, not all filter values will be displayed when searching in a quick filter. See Wildcard filter values displayed are limited to 100 values for more information.
