Prep Flow Fails Only on Server

Unable to run a Tableau Prep flow that has been published to Prep Conductor.

Error in the Tableau Server logs may display something similar to the following:
 
"javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target."

Cause

Certificates not installed in Java keystore.
Ratkaisu
Install the root and intermediate certificates into the keystore using the Java command line tool mentioned here: Import certificate into the Tableau keystore.
