Resource Monitoring Tool does not display Tableau Processes chart

Description

When using the Resource Monitoring Tool, the Environment page does not show any data in the Tableau Processes chart.

Cause

This issue is fixed in 2023.x versions.

Résolution
Ensure that the Agents have been installed under the same account as the run-as user for Tableau Server. If not, change the run-as account on each Agent by using the rmtadmin service-setup command as follows:

rmtadmin service-setup agent --user-type username --username [Windows user matching Tableau Server runas user] --password [password]
