Tableau Prep Conductor Status is Unavailable

In a multi-node configuration when Tableau Prep Conductor is added (through the addition of Backgrounder) in a node where there is no Gateway, the status of Tableau Prep Conductor is UNAVAILABLE.

In the logs we see:

Cause

Gateway needs to be added in the node where Tableau Prep Conductor is installed.
