Tableau Server timeout error when integrated with Slack if proxy server is used

Description
When integrating Tableau with Slack, Tableau Server returns a connect timed out error if a proxy server is used.
 
Résolution

Windows

1. Make sure that the Windows environment variables already have http_proxy and https_proxy specified. For more information and instructions on specifying environment variables, see Configuring Proxies for Tableau Server. 
2. Add the Slack domains in this list to the allowlist. For more information, see Network settings in Slack’s document.

Linux

1. Make sure that proxy settings are configured correctly, per Configuring Proxies for Tableau Server. 
2. Follow the steps in Integrate Tableau with a Slack workspace to complete the integration.
