Time out error when starting TSM controller service

Description

Unable to start the TSM controller services with time out error in Tabadmincontroller logs:

Thread-0-SendThread(tableau-prod-03:8671) : INFO  org.apache.zookeeper.ClientCnxn - Socket error occurred: tableau-prod-03/<IP Address>:8671: Connection timed out: no further information

 

Cause

There was connectivity and port access issue between the Tableau Server nodes.
Résolution
1. Please verify the Zookeeper port access from the Primary nodes to all worker nodes.
2. Verify If there is any connectivity error between nodes.
3. Once  all the port access is cleared restart admin service on Primary node.
