When conducting a review of the email log file, you may observe the presence of duplicate message IDs following the pattern AA/AA-AAAAA-AAAAAAAA where A can be a letter or number. These duplicate lines may occur intermittently due to the current configuration of our email log model. Presently, we employ an 'at least once' model as opposed to an 'exactly once' model. The 'at least once' model ensures data delivery with no loss of information, but it can result in intermittent duplication, particularly under heavy search loads. This occurrence arises to maintain robust data integrity, sometimes necessitating the submission of duplicate entries to the indexers. To address this, we recommend deduplicating the email log entries.
