Active (Isactive) field not available in standard report types

The IsActive field indicates whether a user or record is active or inactive in Salesforce. When building reports using a Standard Report Type, this field does not appear in the available column or filter list, even though it is a standard system field. Standard Report Types only expose a predefined set of fields, and IsActive is not included in that default set.

Lösning

Because Standard Report Types expose only a predetermined set of fields defined by Salesforce, certain system-level fields like IsActive are not available by default. Creating a Custom Report Type allows you to manually add any supported field, including IsActive, to the report type layout.

If this field is needed for a report:

  1. Create a Custom Report Type for the object(s) in question.
  2. Edit the Report Type layout.
  3. Add the 'IsActive' field to the Report Type layout.
  4. Save.
  5. Create a new Report using this Custom Report Type.
