REFRESH PLATFORM CACHE (FULL) Job is failing with Attempt to de-reference Null Object Exception

Investigation summary:
---------------------------------------------------------

1. We captured the logs and found it was failing for certain products in the org there were issue with the products configuration.
   
   

2. Upon further checking the vlocity_cmt__AttributeAssignment__c records for the above impacted products we found there were unnecessary records present in the vlocity_cmt__AttributeAssignment__c table which are not part of object type from where the attributes are inherited. For eg: At the Product level we could see only 7 attributes associated with the product based on object type but there were 63 - 68 vlocity_cmt__AttributeAssignment__c records present.
   
   

3. After deleting and regenerating the right assignment the issue got resolved for the above products.
   
   select id, Name, vlocity_cmt__ObjectTypeId__c, vlocity_cmt__ObjectTypeId__r.Name from Product2 where vlocity_cmt__ObjectTypeId__r.Name like '%(Impacted product Name)%'
   
   

4. You can execute the below query to check the data
   
   select id,vlocity_cmt__IsActive__c, vlocity_cmt__IsActiveAssignment__c, vlocity_cmt__ObjectId__c,vlocity_cmt__DisplaySequence__c,vlocity_cmt__AttributeDisplaySequence__c,vlocity_cmt__AttributeDisplayName__c,vlocity_cmt__IsOverride__c from vlocity_cmt__AttributeAssignment__c
   
   

5. Please correct the data and perform the refresh of Jobs and we are not sure how this data has been created,inserted or migrated in the Org.
