When logging into Tableau Cloud, users are redirected to Tableau ID sign-in experience (screenshot below) for sites with Tableau with MFA authentication.
This behavior is expected.
Beginning April 2024, users signing into Tableau Cloud sites with Tableau with MFA authentication are redirected to the Tableau ID sign-in page. After entering their Tableau ID credentials, users will be able to continue their Tableau Cloud login experience.
This change will give users a more seamless sign-in experience to other products and services on the Tableau platform.
If accessing Tableau Cloud behind a firewall or proxy, add the following domains to the allowlist to ensure users can access Tableau Cloud successfully:
