'Send Test Email' Button Not Clickable When Trying To Send Individual Email With Email Content in Account Engagement Email Builder

Description

When typing an email address for the 'Individual Emails' section when sending a test Email Content record using the enhanced Account Engagement Email Builder, the 'Send Test Email' button is not possible to click and remains gray.

Résolution

After typing the complete email of the email address you want to send the test email content record to, use the 'Enter' key on your keyboard. After doing so, the 'Send Test Email' button will turn blue and results in it then being possible to send the test email to the individual email/s. This step can be repeated with typing additional emails and using the enter/return key on your keyboard before clicking the 'Send Test Email' button.
