Einstein Activity Capture [EAC] supports sync for event series from Google to Salesforce.

  • Please be advised that EAC supports only sync for event series from Google to Salesforce and it’s not supported when the event sync is configured for the direction: "Salesforce to Google Suite" or "Both Directions".

  • When the EAC configuration is created by keeping "Events" enabled with "Both Directions", the events sync from Google Calendar to Salesforce & from Salesforce to Google Calendar, but the recurring events won’t get synced.

  • "Sync event series" setting is not available under the Advanced Settings tab.

  • However, if the Event Sync direction is set as "Google Suite to Salesforce", the option: "Sync event series" will be available under the Advanced Settings tab.

  • When the setting "Sync event series" is enabled, recurring events from Google Calendar will be synced/created in Salesforce.
