Data 360: Data stream not updating with File_Not_Exist

  1. File Path does not match the configuration in the Data Stream. You can confirm your file path in your Data Stream record details page.

  2. Water mark for last pulled file. Data 360 will search for new files based on the modified date of the last file it processed. 

  3. Case sensitivity can affect if a file will be flagged for processing. AWS S3, GCS, Azure are examples of case sensitive system. Recommend reaching out to your Storage Admin if you are unaware of case sensitivity settings.
    Example - FileName12345.csv will be missed by the following file name pattern fileName%.csv

  4. Delete files will need to follow a specific pattern. Placed in the Delete folder and have Deletion_ in in front of the file name. Full details in link bellow.

  5. When File name used in the WildCard matches with a Folder/Directory name in the bucket it can cause this issue.Ensure that Folder/Directory name is different than File Name.
