The CMS Connect Header and Footer content appears on all the community pages, except the Login Page. After Configuring the Header/Footer URL settings of your source in the "Builder" > "Settings" > "CMS Connect" tab, you will notice that the CMS Connect (HTML) component is NOT available for the Login page.
The CMS Connect content cannot be added to some of the Experience Builder pages, and below is the list of pages where it can't be added:

Registration
Forgot Password
Check Password
This is working as designed as CMS Connect content is not required on the above pages.
