Starting with the Winter '25 release, Salesforce enforces that flows invoked by a chatbot run in the user context of the bot's associated user, rather than the system context (which previously had unrestricted data access). This means flows that previously worked may now fail with 'Insufficient Privileges' or similar access errors if the bot user lacks the necessary object or field permissions.
Identify the missing object or field permissions and add them to the user Profile or Permission Set associated with the bot. A custom bot user may be required since certain permissions cannot be added to the standard Chatbot permission set.
If the invocable flow is already configured to run in system context, the change will not affect it. Verify the flow's run context setting in Flow Builder.
