In Nonprofit, Gift Entry Creates Duplicate contacts, Person Accounts Ignoring Duplicate Rules

Description
  • With Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud), users should first use the Donor Lookup to search for an existing donor. 

    If the user enters a donor's name, email, and phone number > and then clicks Save, it will create duplicate contacts (even if the contact already exists with the same details).
  • The user can use the Donor Lookup to find the match manually.
  • Gift Entry currently does not run the Duplicate Matching Rule when it is Saved.
