Error "Page Doesn't Exist" when accessing "Browse & Buy" in Your Account

While using Your account support user is unable to access the page and getting error :- “Page Doesn't Exist" when accessing "Browse & Buy" in Your Account.

解決策

Admins can update the tab settings of the users profile by doing the following:

  1. Open the affected user's profile.
  2. Under Tab Settings, find Product Catalog. If it is set to Tab Hidden, click Edit for the profile.
  3. Change the Product Catalog tab setting to Default On.
  4. Save.


Alternatively, if enhanced profiles are enabled:

  1. Open the affected user's profile.
  2. Open Object Settings.
  3. Search for Product Catalog. If the Tab Settings is set to Tab Hidden, click Product Catalog to begin the edit process.
  4. Click Edit and set it to Default On.
  5. Save.
