Einstein Vision and Language APIs Retirement

Salesforce is retiring the Einstein Vision and Language product and we will continue to honor your existing subscription until your subscription end date.

What does this change mean for me?

You may continue using the Einstein Vision and Language APIs until your subscription term ends. At the end of your subscription term, you will no longer be able to use the APIs.

What action can I take?

If you do not have a dependency on Einstein Vision and Language APIs anymore, you can remove references to the APIs from your code. If you continue to need these capabilities, you must transition any Salesforce org to a third-party solution before your subscription expires in order to avoid interruptions. If you have questions, please contact your Account Executive.

What happens if I don’t take action?

At the end of your subscription any code that uses the APIs will fail, which may impact your users directly.
