Account Hierarchy Button and Contact Hierarchy Button Moved to Right Side of Highlight Panel

Before the Summer '24 release, the Account Hierarchy button and the Contact Hierarchy button were located on the top left side of the highlight panel of record page, next to the Account or Contact name. After the Summer '24 release, the Account Hierarchy button and the Contact Hierarchy button are located on the top right side of the Account or Contact highlight panel of record page. Refer to the image below:

Lösning

This is an intentional change introduced in the Summer '24 release. The button was relocated to align with inclusive design standards and to improve compatibility with screen readers, supporting Salesforce's commitment to accessibility and equality. No configuration change is required.
