Salesforce Advanced Lookup Search UI Changes in Spring '25 (Aura to LWC Migration)

In the Spring '25 release, Salesforce migrated the Lookup Search modal from Aura to Lightning Web Components (LWC). This change introduces the following four UI differences in the Advanced Lookup Search:

1. The title has changed to Advanced Search when a user searches in Lookup Search.
2. Clickable field name column headers for sorting search results are no longer available. Records are now sorted by relevance.
3. A new record selection method has been introduced using Radio Buttons — users select a record by clicking its radio button rather than its title link.
4. Because radio buttons are used for selection, the clickable link for the record title is no longer available.
