If you have an existing active Configuration Rule that displays a particular Error Message when certain conditions are met, then if you make a change to this rule to update an Error message, the message may not get updated as expected.This can happen if the Rule is modified when in 'Draft' status. While 'Draft' status is a valid status for the Rules upon initial creation, the changes made to Rules in 'Draft' status can cause unintended behavior, including rules not being updated upon activation.
To make sure that the Error message is reflected as expected when making a change to the Rule, ensure that the affected Configuration Rule is updated according to the following process:
