Customers may notice that regardless of the last organization logged into in the Salesforce Help Portal, their Partner organization defaults to the initial organization that loads for the Help Portal upon login. This article explains this behavior for users with a Partner organization linked in the Help Portal.
This article explains why the Salesforce Help Portal Org Picker defaults to a customer's Partner Account/Organization on login, instead of the last organization they used.
This is standard behavior for users who have a linked Partner organization in Salesforce Help. Regardless of the last organization used, the Help Portal always defaults to loading the linked Partner organization first when a user logs in.
This is standard behavior and cannot be changed. Users can switch to the organization they need support with using the Org Picker (Org Selection).
