Importing more than 2,000,000 prospects within a 24 hours period can lead to inefficiencies in your environment. The Signature Success plan’s Proactive Monitoring product will monitor for, and alert you when large imports are detected so they can be audited and optimised where appropriate. In addition, on the Salesforce Help site Designated contacts and above can see your realtime metrics, alerts & more.

Causes:

  • Large Prospect imports in short timespans

Here are some suggestions on how best to resolve the alert:

  • Import fewer than 2,000,000 prospects in any 24-hour period
  • Review your recent imports (https://pi.pardot.com/import) and any API integrations that add prospects to your business unit in order to ensure imports are well managed.
  • Use Optimiser in your Account Engagement Settings to stay up up-to-date on critical tasks to be done to increase account efficiency.
