Audience: Consulting Partners
As part of the Project submission process in the Manage tab, Salesforce requires a Customer Org ID for all projects being submitted. A Customer Org ID is a unique identifier for a production environment. Projects contribute to your progress toward the next Partnership tier, are featured on your Consulting AppExchange listing, influence your Navigator Scorecard, and affect CSAT scores. To acknowledge the importance of this requirement, we've increased the points from projects which now contribute 10% to your Scorecard!
The Customer Org ID is a required field on the Project submission form. You can locate the Customer Org ID by following the below instructions for each org type (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Slack, MuleSoft, and, Tableau).
Follow the below steps to find your Salesforce Organization ID:

Alternatively, your Organization ID can be found via the Salesforce Help Portal (https://help.salesforce.com/s/support).
Note: The Organization ID of production environment is different from a Sandbox Organization ID. Whenever a Sandbox is refreshed, a new ID is established.
