How do I log into Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Follow the link below to access the login page for Marketing Cloud Engagement.

Self Service Options

• If you login with the wrong password or username, you will receive the error “Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator.”
• To reset your own password via Self-Service, please follow the instructions in “Reset a Forgotten Password.”
• If you have forgotten your username, please refer to the section below.

In the following instances and corresponding article, please contact your Administrator for additional assistance.

• If you have forgotten your username reach out to your Administrator 
• I reset my password, but I’m not receiving the “Forgot My Password” email. You should actually be getting a MFA verification rather than an email. Please make sure MFA is setup correctly.
• I am receiving the error “The user account that you attempted to access is currently inactive. Please contact your account representative to address this issue.”
• MFA is required to login to Marketing Cloud Accounts. If you have forgotten your device and are unable to login, please see Lost Your MFA device
• If you have forgotten Your MFA Device
• When you initially set up MFA you should receive an email. See this article if you are not receiving Your MFA email.
