Issue

When attempting to create Transaction Journals manually or through a custom Flow, customers may encounter errors. Transaction Journals can only be created through the Data Processing Engine using the "Run Subledger Job" managed flow.

Error Messages

1. Error 1:

   • Error Message: "This error occurred when the flow tried to create records: FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION: Select a loyalty program member. You can look up ExceptionCode values in the SOAP API Developer Guide."
   • Review the errors on this page: Select a loyalty program member.

2. Error 2:

   • Error Message: Review the errors on this page: Select a loyalty program member.

1. Manual Creation of Transaction Journals:
   • When trying to create Transaction Journals manually, you will encounter the error: "Review the errors on this page: Select a loyalty program member."
2. Using a Custom Flow:
   • When trying to create Transaction Journals using a custom flow that is not the “Run Subledger Job” managed flow, you will encounter the error:
