Data 360: Salesforce CRM Data Stream Has No Records

Description

Due to sharing settings the Data Cloud Salesforce CRM Connector may not be able to view any records. It this situation you will see no runs in that Data Stream history and the Data Stream stays in pending. This is can be caused by No Access in Sharing Settings.

Résolution

You will need to enable at least view access to the object in Sharing Settings

Setup > In Quick Find Box > Search Sharing Settings > Add view access to the object.
