Field Service - Scheduling Policy Used for Complex Work

Description

When using the Schedule Appointments button from the Complex Work section on a Service Appointment there may be message stating that no candidates can be found or it may schedule to resources that should not be available when compared with the Candidates action.

Résolution

Complex Work uses the Default Scheduling Policy from:

Field Service Settings | Dispatcher Console UI | Gantt Configurations.

This may differ from what is set in Field Service Settings | Global Actions | Appointment Booking which can confuse if the schedule is first checked using the Candidates action.

Update the Default Scheduling Policy in the Dispatcher Console UI to the desired policy.
