Descripción

Configure the Data 360 Profile Engagements Lightning App outlines the steps to add the Profile Engagements Lightning App to the Profile Explorer unified profile detail page. When configured as per the documented steps, this app is displayed as an Activity panel when viewing a Unified Individual's record page and shows related records from selected Engagement category data model objects (DMOs).

After configuring the app, you may notice that the Activity panel only shows the following text:

"No engagement to display"

"No records are available in the selected date range. Adjust the date range filter and try again."
Solución

As suggested in the text on the UI, the engagement data that is displayed is automatically filter by date range. Click the filter icon on the top right of the Activity panel to adjust the selected date range. The filter defaults to Last 7 Days but can be adjusted to Last 30 Days and Last 90 Days.

If after adjusting the date range there is still no records displaying, you will need to check if the unified profile you are viewing is linked to any records in the selected Engagement DMOs. You can use Data Explorer or Query Editor to review the source data in the engagement DMO. The date range filter is applied based on the date time field(s) on the engagement DMO that are mapped to an event time field on any engagement category data lake objects (DLOs). See Event Time for more information. If the unified profile is only linked to records that have a event time field that is more than 90 days old. no records will be returned in the Activity panel as the maximum date range is 90 days.
