There are three paths to resolution based on the nature of the issue. Please review each of the below options to make sure the request reaches the correct group initially:
Option 1 - For any financial or contract-related questions, your Account Executive is your first point of contact. They are able to help answer any questions you have around your contract, how you can purchase more credits based on your needs and discuss any overage questions you have.
Option 2 - For other questions you have around Digital Wallet, whether the information you see looks inaccurate, something does not appear to be working in Digital Wallet or if you have questions about your entitlement or consumption data, create a support ticket with the Your Account Support Team.
Option 3 - For any product-specific questions you have around your consumption-based product (ex - "Which Data Streams are consuming the largest amount of credits through Data Cloud?"), understanding how a product or feature works, technical issues with your product or an explanation of usage types and how a product uses them please create a technical support case through Salesforce Help.
