Note: This content is applicable to any other app as well. For ease of understanding, we will use the 'OmniStudio' app as an example.
When using the OmniStudio app, users may encounter an issue where their custom brand logo images do not appear as expected. Instead, the default Salesforce logo is displayed, preventing the desired branding.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. From Setup, navigate to 'App Manager'.
2. Edit the 'OmniStudio' app.
3. In the App Details & Branding section, "Use the app's image and color instead of the org's custom theme" checked, then click 'Save'.
4. Navigate to the OmniStudio app and observe the logo image; the Salesforce logo image will be displayed instead of the custom brand logo image.
1. From Setup, navigate to 'App Manager'.
2. Locate and edit the 'OmniStudio' app.
3. In the App Details & Branding section, under "Org Theme Options", uncheck the checkbox labeled "Use the app's image and color instead of the org's custom theme".
4. Click 'Save'.
