Unable To Attach Attachments Through Omniscript Email Action For Guest Users

Create an OmniScript. For the attachment content, use the OmniScript JSON. Users can utilize the File Upload element to upload the file, and this JSON can be sent as an attachment in the Email Action in the next step.
After the File Upload element, include an Email element and provide the receiver's email details, using the datajson node in the File Attachments property from OmniScript.
When running the OmniScript as a system admin, users will notice that the email is sent with the uploaded file attached as expected. However, when the same OmniScript is run as a Guest User, the email is sent without any attachments.

For the guest users to be able to send the attachments, the attachments should be associated with a record Id.
