Instagram Form Leads Fail To Ingest Through Lead Capture Due To A Known Meta Issue

Meta has identified a known issue where Instagram form leads are currently unable to be successfully sent to any third-party applications like Lead Capture. This problem is isolated to Instagram leads; Facebook leads are unaffected and are functioning as usual.

Meta's team is actively working on resolving this issue with urgency, although they have not yet provided an estimated time for when a fix will be implemented. We are closely monitoring the situation since this affects all clients who rely on importing Instagram leads to their Salesforce instance.

While Meta addresses this issue, you will need to manually upload your Instagram leads to either your Sales Cloud Lead tab or your Marketing Cloud data extension.

To access your complete list of leads, navigate to Facebook's Business Manager under Instant Forms. Utilize the Download button to retrieve your leads in CSV or XLS format.

After downloading, proceed to manually import the missing leads into your Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud instance accordingly.
