Error: You do not have access When Connecting to Multi-Factor Authentication in Sales and Service with Salesforce

Дата публикации: Dec 30, 2025

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requires users to verify their identity using a second factor, such as an authenticator app, in addition to their password. The "You do not have access" error during MFA login typically occurs due to browser-related issues such as cached data, conflicting extensions, an outdated browser, or an incorrect login URL. This article provides step-by-step troubleshooting guidance to resolve this error for Agentforce Sales (formerly Sales Cloud) and Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud).

Решение

This error typically occurs during the MFA authentication process in Sales or Service when browser issues, cached data, or login URL problems prevent successful authentication.

Troubleshooting Steps

Try the following troubleshooting steps in order:

  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies Delete your browser's cache and cookies, then restart the browser and try logging in again.
  2. Use Incognito Mode (Private Browsing) Open your browser's Incognito mode (or Private window) and check if the error occurs. If this resolves the issue, it is likely caused by browser extensions or cached data.
  3. Try a Different Browser To isolate the problem, attempt to log in using a different browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox).
  4. Log Out and Log Back In Click Log Out on the screen displaying "You do not have access" to end the session, then perform the login procedure again.
  5. Update Your Browser Ensure your browser is the latest version supported by Salesforce. If it is an older version, update it to the latest version.
  6. Check the Login URL Verify you are accessing the correct login URL. If accessing from a bookmark, confirm the URL is accurate.
    - Standard Login URL: https://login.salesforce.com
    - My Domain URL: https://[MyDomain].my.salesforce.com
