A Salesforce Admin has set the Refresh Token Policy as "Refresh token is valid until revoked" and the session timeout value as 2 hours in the Field Service Lightning (FSL) connected app. Users should be logged out until an admin revokes their session.
When users are logged out incorrectly, this happens only when the customer is using SSO and the refresh token automatically gets revoked when the user switches the FSL app to the background or comes back to the FSL app after some time or randomly. As a result, the User logs out as their refresh token fails to refresh.
When users are logged out incorrectly with SSO, the user was using the incorrect URL as "customer.lightning.force.com" in the Field Service Lightning (FSL) app instead of "*customer.my.salesforce.com".
Make sure the URL ends with 'my.salesforce.com'. If you use 'lightning.force.com', this URL is not supported and you will get issues such as frequent logouts, etc.
